Our services
We provide podcast audio and video editing, content writing, content repurposing, publishing support and social media management. The exact scope, deliverables, turnaround and fees for your project are set out in the quote or proposal we agree with you in writing. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this page if the two conflict.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the material and brief you provide. If the volume of material, the length of episodes or the requirements change materially once work has begun, we will tell you and agree any revised fee with you before continuing.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, as stated in your project agreement. Revisions are for corrections and refinements within the agreed brief. Requests that change the original brief are treated as new work.
What we need from you
Timely delivery depends on you supplying raw files, brand assets, briefs and feedback when they are needed. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including music, footage, images and guest recordings, and that our use of it in producing your work will not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Ownership of the work
You own the final deliverables once they have been paid for in full. Until then, all rights remain with us. We retain ownership of our own project files, templates, presets and working methods. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing schedule and payment terms are set out in your quote or proposal. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on them. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.
Cancellation
Either of us may end an engagement by giving written notice. If you cancel after work has started, you remain liable for the work completed up to that point. Anything paid in advance for work not yet carried out will be refunded.
Confidentiality
We treat your unpublished recordings, briefs and business information as confidential and will not share them with anyone outside our team without your permission, except where we are required to by law.
Availability of this website
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Limitation of liability
We take care over our work, but to the extent permitted by law our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost audience or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Third party platforms
Publishing depends on platforms we do not control, such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, approval decisions or delays.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Terms agreed in a signed proposal are not affected by later changes to this page.
